WW - Rolex Oyster Perpetual Chronometer Bubbleback, ref 3065, circa 1948, 32mm x 39mm to lug tips, 17mm lug width, original stainless steel screw back Oyster case with yellow gold hooded lugs and bezel, period correct two-tone beaded rice bracelet with much later Rolex buckle added, expertly refinished black glossy dial with applied gold dot and Arabic numeral indices, 18J, s#62196, triple signed, inside back ref 3065.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, nearly mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, hardly any oxide to steelwork, light fine scratches to plates; expertly refinished dial with light surface spotting; excellent gold hands; polished case show little wear, still retains some of its original factory finish, light dings on bezel edges; original Rolex signed crown shows light wear, half turn on threads; good crystal; resealed for auction.
